DELIVERY AND REFUND POLICY

Delivery and Refund Policy

  1. DELIVERY

We know that your order arriving on time is VITAL. You shall order with our standard turnaround time, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. The total delivery time is: Processing time + Delivery Time. The Products will be delivered internationally.
We ship your product through courier and every order receives a tracking number before it leaves our facility. From the time it leaves our doors to the time it gets to yours, you'll always know where your package is.
If you have already placed an order and would like to track your order status, Track My Order, or call us at support@juhaniakwood.com -we'll be happy to give you an update!
LATE DELIVERY: As per our policy, for the late delivery of order, if the time delay is unreasonable you can be entitled for a refund of cost as per our Refund Policy.

  1. REFUND POLICY

For Fourteen (14) days following shipment to you of the Product, EXCLUDING items marked as no Return accepted, you have ordered through us. You may return Product for a Refund anytime during that 14-day period. The product Refund terms:
Product must not be worn, altered, washed or have any stains from just trying on.
It include a copy of the original Packing List in the package, and indicate whether you would like to be refunded for the item, or a replacement sent out.
All postage cost of shipping for returning the product shall be paid by buyer. The postage cost for return is non-refundable.
Once we received your returned package, all returned product will be inspected before a Refund is offered.
We reserves the right to deny a Refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to sender, at customers expense. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a Refund. Any product returned to us with makeup/fake tan or any other markings/stains will not be exchanged.
FAULTY PRODUCT: If however you have received a faulty/incorrect product we will gladly Exchange/Refund the Product against your purchase. We inspect all products prior to dispatch. The Products that are damaged as a result of general wear and tear are not considered faulty. Please ensure that you have notified us that you are returning a faulty product. If you have received a faulty product, please email support@juhaniakwood.com to get authorization on return with faulty product, we will repair or replace the product.

  1. REFUND CLAIM POLICY

Our Refund policies are simple. You can claim refund by:

  1. Call us at our customer care number______________ or;

  2. Send us an email at support@juhaniakwood.com or;

  3. Make a Refund request from your www.juhaniakwood.com Account.

We will make refund, once our back office team give confirmation to refund the amount for the purchased product.

Partial Cancellation

  • Partial cancellations are allowed subject to confirmation from our back office staff. Partial refund will be made in case of partial cancellation.

Unethical order & Cancellation Policy

  • In case of any booking is made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and https://juhaniakwood.com will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.

Refund Cycle:

Complete refund process normally takes about 5-15 working days from the date of confirmation of refund.
